The CSA Farm Box consists of a mixed variety of five heads of lettuce, one bunch of greens, and one speciality item. Crops and exact items will vary; some possible products forming a CSA box:
Lettuces: Red Butter, Green Butter, Romaines, Oak Leaf etc.
Greens: Rainbow Chard, Kale, Arugula, Asian Greens etc.
Speciality Items: Microgreens, Basil, Wasabi Arugula, White Turnips, Radishes etc.
